Shipping policy

Our goal is to ship your complete order as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow 1 to 2 business days to receive goods from the factory to our warehouse. We need 24 to 48 hours to process your order before it is delivered to the shipping units. Please be mindful of peak shopping seasons and sale events that could also impact processing times. We will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the entire fulfillment process.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@maquen.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you need to receive your purchase by a specific date for a special occasion or an event, please contact us to ensure you choose the correct shipping method and to check for products that are immediately available.

• We ship via Yanwen, UPS, and USPS (FedEx for International deliveries).
• The price of the product and the shipping fee is inclusive of tax.
• We cannot ship to multiple addresses.
• You cannot change the delivery adress after placing your order.

The tracking number for my order stopped updating, what happened?

We provide tracking numbers for every order that we send out. While we will do our best to help, we are not responsible for carrier/delivery issues. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered and you cannot locate your package in your mailbox, please contact your local post office or carrier center with your tracking number for all inquiries on missing deliveries. We assure you, your order is in the package when we send it.

COVID-19 Delivery Information

In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers.

Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.

There is currently no impact to our delivery services at this stage, however we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.

Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.

You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.

We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures that have been implemented are to protect you and ensure we can continue operate as normal.

 All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@maquen.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Check our return policy .
